To clean, polish, and protect leather boots, simply use a soft cloth or brush to apply. Allow the wax to soak in for at least a few minutes before buffing. Apply an extra layer to help protect from the elements. Reapply as needed, especially before/after trekking through heavy storms. Do not use on suede, nubuck, etc., unless you welcome the aesthetic change in the appearance of those types of material.
Dries invisibly on smooth leathers: however, do not use it on suede or nubuck unless you want to change its appearance.
